How I started

​

After 15 years of an amazing career in corporate banking, company wide department downsizing resulted in exploring a new chapter of reinventing myself and taking a chance in a new direction.

I had fallen in love with the all natural sugaring process and what it had done for my skin. After researching, I took the leap and became NYS licensed and received multiple certifications in Sugaring and Advanced Brazilian Sugaring.  With license and certifications in hand, I began working for a local salon. That experience was unmatched, but due to the salon moving locations shortly after I began, I was faced with another decision.  In January 2020, I took one more leap and opened Sugar Bare!
